I have a house for rent that I modeled according to my taste so if you are serious about seeing this house please dont ask if you can change the wallpaper or paint. It is a 2 bedroom, 15x15 master-9x13 back bedroom, 1 bath house. It has a full semi finished clean basement with a washer and dryer. There is a nice backyard great for grilling, a large dining room (15x15) with new ceiling fan, all new carpets, new fridge and stove, all new windows (great for keeping the heating bill down), large livingroom, water incuded, close to el and 5 bus and lots of shopping on arimingo ave. Quiet neighbors on both sides. Cats okay but please no dogs because of the new carpets. I will be happy to answer any questions you have just call me or send me an email. 215 485 2191 ask for jen
