King Street, Phila., PA. 19126 and one is available at 7101 N. 15th Street, Phila., PA. 19144. They are located in an apartment building. All studio apartments are $450 + electric.............Move-In Requirements: We are looking for a quality indidvidual who will pay the rent on time monthly. Ideal for students. Studio apartments do not have a bedroom: they come with a separate kitchen, separate bathroom and a living space (the size of an average living room) and closets. Move-In Fees: 3 months (first, last and security deposit). If you qualify for our move-in special, you have the choice of either getting one month of rent FREE (the free month will be applied to the third month and you must sign a one year lease) or $250 off of the move-in fees.
